Why: I had a little trouble getting into this one initially. I just couldn't quite see where it was going or why this detail was important. However, I kept reading (obviously) and it's so important I can't even tell you. This is one of those stories that I'm going to slip into my own personal canon and keep close to my heart because that is how much I want it to be true. Not to mention that it's written in brilliant River voice and that the solution is not, imho, unbelievable, and I really think this is my ideal follow-up to Serenity.
