Why: I love the way that the author tells a story through Takuya's flower arrangements because even though it's a pretty big part of Takuya, this is the first time I've really seen it used in a fic. Also, even though I usually like longer and more connected formats, somehow the bite-sized format that the author uses here works perfectly for this story. My only possible complaint about this story is that I really wish I could find some more like it!

Why: Ever since I started watching Yamada Tarou Monogatari, the slasher in the back of my head has been screaming, "Nino and Sho Tarou and Mimura are sooo gay!" So, I was pretty much guaranteed to be thrilled when I found fic about them. The fact that it's good fic just makes it better. Even though it's pretty much a PWP, the author did a great job with capturing both of the boy's characters and the relationship between them. If I can find more Yamada Tarou fic that is as good as this is the future, I'm going to be a very happy girl!
